1. Party A shall provide Party B with thread rolling machine tools, sleeves, construction technology, etc. And cooperate with undertaking regional projects.

2. The products provided by Party A to Party B must be qualified products. It shall comply with the JGJ107-2010 standard of "General Technical Regulations for Mechanical Connection of Steel Bars".

3. Party A provides Party B free of charge: qualification, type inspection, material list, certificate of conformity, power of attorney for legal person, operation certificate for steel bar connection, and exclusive sales agent bronze medal.

4. Party A shall ensure that there is only one agent of Party B in the area of ​​the agreement, and that Party B has the right to sell products to markets outside the area, but Party B must submit a written application to Party A before allowing entry.

5. Party B’s sales volume is over 200,000 sleeves per year, and it will increase by 50% year by year.

6. When customers in the agent area of ​​Party B consult Party A or purchase products, Party A is responsible for recommending the customer to Party B, but Party A has the right to retain the original customer.

7. Party B must ensure that it uses its own sales network and interpersonal relationships to promote Party A’s products. Party B cannot act as an agent for similar products of other companies while acting for Party A’s products.

8. Party B has the right to use Party A’s trademark, company name, and promotional materials, but cannot use it to engage in illegal activities that are harmful to Party A’s image.

9. This agreement does not contain business transaction details and discount methods. When Party B purchases Party A’s products, it will sign a separate sales contract based on the steel market.
