    This lathe has the following advantages over traditional lathe chamfering:

    1. The problem of automatic feeding is realized, and the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.

    2. The quality of the sleeve is improved, and the consistency of the outer circle size of the sleeve, the cutting flower and the chamfer size of the workpiece is ensured.

    3. The processing speed is accelerated. In the past, a good skilled worker could process up to 2500 sleeves a day (taking the 25 sleeves as an example), but now the automatic lathe can easily process 8000-12000 sleeves. The speed is five times that of a traditional lathe.

The machine adopts PLC program control and hydraulic drive. Workpiece loading, clamping, cutting, chamfering and unloading are all controlled by program and completed automatically.     The machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, simple operation and strong man-machine interaction. The main parts are made of domestic famous brand products, with low failure rate, low noise and stable operation.     working principle:

    1. The fixed length workpiece is sent to the designated position by the feeding mechanism, the clamping device is clamped automatically, and the feeding mechanism returns to the original position.

    2. When the clamping device sends a signal, the program sends a machining signal, and the carriage box drives the tool holder to start external turning.

    3. After turning, chamfer machining is carried out under program control.

    4. After chamfering, the workpiece clamping device will automatically loosen, remove the workpiece, and send a signal to start the next working cycle.

     

    Maintenance and safety of machine tool:

    1. The bearing housing and hydraulic station shall maintain sufficient oil volume, and it is recommended to replace it once every half a year.

    2. The machine tool needs a reliable grounding wire.

    3. Hydraulic oil is recommended to use 46# hydraulic oil, and the oil level shall reach 2 / 3 of the level gauge.

    4. The recommended working pressure of the oil pump is 1-3mp, and the maximum pressure cannot exceed 5MP, otherwise the oil pump may be damaged.

    5. The hydraulic oil shall be kept clean, otherwise the hydraulic system cannot work normally.

    6. Keep the photoelectric proximity switch clean to avoid iron filings on the photoelectric proximity switch head, resulting in failure to send signals.

    7. Before the operation of the system, be sure to check whether the pressure of the hydraulic station is in the normal position and the forward and reverse rotation of each motor.
