1、 Application and characteristics of full-automatic tapping machine:
Dgs-40z sleeve tapping machine is controlled by PLC and driven by gear. It is synthesized from feeding, clamping, tapping and unloading, and can process sleeves with different pitch. It only needs workers to put the sleeve into the chute, which has low requirements for labor skills, and one person can operate multiple machines, which greatly saves labor cost, reduces labor intensity and improves production safety. It is an ideal special equipment for processing reinforcement connecting sleeve at present.
Machine features:
1. The spindle screw pitch is synchronized with the tap pitch, so that the processed sleeve has beautiful tooth shape and will not mess the teeth, solves the problem of large and small head of the sleeve in the processing of threads, and improves the product quality
2. When processing sleeves with different pitches, you only need to replace the left and right screw rods and nuts on the main shaft, and replace them with screw rods and nuts with the same pitch as the screw tap of your processing sleeve, and adjust the height of the left and right main shafts to the same height. It is simple and convenient, does not need multiple equipment operation, and reduces the production equipment cost and site cost for users

3、 Machine operation steps:
1. First select the corresponding tap according to the specification of the sleeve, install the tap in the spindle sleeve, jog and press the [manual up key] to raise the spindle to a safe position, and then manually press the [cylinder release / clamping key] on the operation panel to release and return the cylinder. Then put the sleeve material to be processed on the fixture support plate, press the [cylinder release / clamping key] on the operation panel to clamp the sleeve, and then [gently press the [manual down key] on the operation panel to lower the tap to a safe distance of 4 ~ 6mm between the end face of the sleeve and the end face of the tap. Take [tap as the center] and use a wrench to adjust the adjusting screws on both sides of the fixture, align the [inner hole center and tap center of the sleeve concentric, so that the two centers coincide]. Then move the magnetic switch installed in the [middle position] of the clamping cylinder slowly in the direction of pushing the cylinder with the cylinder tail as the reference direction, move it to the magnetic switch and the magnetic cylinder to sense the signal, and then continue to move forward 0.5-2mm to stop the fastening screw just when the [red light] is on. Then press the manual up button on the operation panel to increase the distance between the tap and the workpiece end 10-15mm, and then adjust the outer cylinder of the spindle bar. Then press [cylinder release / clamping key] on the operation panel to release and return the cylinder. Then press the [cylinder release / clamping key] on the operation panel to clamp the cylinder without material empty, and then move the [magnetic switch slowly moving towards the fixture direction at the front of the cylinder, and when the magnetic cylinder senses that the signal is red, continue to move to the position where the magnetic switch light is about to go out but cannot go out, which is in the fastening screw].
It should be noted that there are three magnetic switches on the clamping cylinder. The front magnetic switch is the extension of the cylinder piston rod and also depends on the direction of the clamp. This magnetic switch is the indication of the material shortage alarm signal. The magnetic switch at the middle position is the signal indication when there is material, and the magnetic switch at the rear of the cylinder is the signal indication when the piston rod returns. Regardless of the working state of the cylinder, the indicator lights of the magnetic switches on both sides must be on at the same time, otherwise there will be an alarm without action. After startup, first test whether the tapping depth of the first piece reaches the required depth. If the falling depth is not enough, adjust the proximity switch at the lower part of the outer cylinder on the spindle screw rod to move down to the required depth, and check whether the water pump works and the water volume of the water tank is normal
2. After confirming the center of the sleeve, press the "start" key on the operation panel, (a) the coolant water pump starts to work, (b) the hopper cylinder drops, (c) the feeding cylinder pushes the sleeve into the hopper, (d) the hopper cylinder rises, (E) the clamping cylinder clamps the sleeve, (f) the main shaft lowers and the tap is tapped, (g) after tapping, the clamping cylinder loosens and the sleeve falls into the material frame, Then repeat the above actions in a cycle
4、 Simple troubleshooting method of machine:
1. The spindle cannot stop up or down during sleeve tapping, resulting in over travel.
Fault cause: a. the distance between the proximity switch contact and the metal is too far to be sensed;
b. The proximity switch is disturbed by the external magnetic field, and the sensitivity signal is poor;
c. The proximity switch is broken;
Solution: readjust the distance between the proximity switch and the metal contact. The best sensing distance is 0.5 ~ 1m. If not, it is recommended to replace the proximity switch.
2. The feeding cylinder cannot effectively feed the sleeve into the hopper during feeding, resulting in no material processing.
Fault cause: a. the inlet pressure of the feeding cylinder is too large or too small, and the sleeve is pushed over or cannot feed into the hopper at all;
b. The feeding chute is far or near from the hopper;
c. There are burrs on the sleeve, which are stuck in the hopper and cannot be removed;
Solution: adjust the air inlet pressure of the feeding cylinder and the distance between the feeding groove and the hopper to easily push the material into the hopper. As for the burr on the sleeve, it must be cleaned before processing.
3. During automatic tapping, the main shaft does not work, and the alarm signal appears, which cannot be eliminated.
Fault cause: A. when the sleeve is clamped, the magnetic switch indicator in the middle of the clamping cylinders on both sides is not on, and the system thinks that there is no material in the fixture or the cylinder is in the loose state;
b. The magnetic switch indicator on the feeding cylinder and hopper cylinder is not on, and the system thinks there is no feeding, so it can not work normally.
Solution: adjust the position of the magnetic switch on the clamping cylinder, feeding cylinder and hopper cylinder. Both sides of clamping and loosening must be on at the same time. If not, replace the magnetic switch.
