Dzg-40 steel bar rolling straight thread machine tool is a product developed by the company according to the market demand. It is mainly used for processing ribbed steel bar rolling straight thread screw head in bridge, steel bar cage piling and construction engineering. It is a key equipment to realize steel bar connection and can process diameter φ 16— φ 40mm hrb335-500 ribbed reinforcement.
2、 Characteristics
◆ It is specially used for bridge, reinforcement cage piling and other construction projects;
◆ The reinforcement has no stripping rib. In terms of fully ensuring the performance of reinforcement connection, the tensile area of the end of rolled reinforcement is increased by 2.5% and the tensile strength is increased by 6% compared with the base metal, so that the tensile strength of the end of rolled reinforcement is greater than the measured ultimate strength of the base metal;
◆ Using the unique spiral angle rising technology, the threading is light and fast, and the work efficiency is improved;
◆ Four thread rolling wheels are designed at a large angle, the tooth shape of the processed thread is full and durable, and the center degree is higher;
